Dracaena marginata 'tricolor'

Dracaena marginata 'tricolor' (Dracaena marginata 'tricolor')

This plant is so very commonly grown in front of homes. In my neighborhood alone there's probably hundreds of these plants. It grows to more than 15 feet tall with several branches. They are extremely drought-tolerant...the reason they are so common.

There's many varieties: red, green; white, green, pink; yellow white, pink...and the list goes on.

I don't remember having seen any of these. Adds a lot of interest to surrounding foliage. I can see why it is popular.

These plants are very commonly sold at Home Depot, Lowe's and many plant nurseries. They are usually sold in large quantities in 4 inch pots and also 5 gals. as a house plant.

Don't be surprised if it grows much larger than 3 meters.

Its been marginal here but ..Lives and looks good after summer brings it back. I think in a hot spot in the ground it would do much better. Right now its in a pot.
The all green needs no recovery...its easy.
