B, you've got geraniums on the brain, check your comment under the pic! That's exactly the kind of thing I do all the time with clems and geraniums....::))) btw,i actually wanted to say it's a gorgeous fuchsia....love the hardy ones....wish I had room!

I 'do' like these hardy ones, I admit. The frilly ones are gorgeous for summer baskets or containers, but these simple ones are a 'backbone' in a garden, I think.

I have a very, very pale pink one. My white 'Hawkshead' is not behaving well though - no idea why.
