Always the first Daylily to flower from me. 14 May last year.

No BATHGATE, lilioaspodelus is an old species, I think, growing wild in Europe.
Never noticed a scent, ANGET, I'll have to have a close-up sniff.

Yes we also have THE Daylily. The native orange one that pops up in everybody's garden. I've learned to like it because I can't get rid of it.
