Leucojum is bulking up, planted around the base of a Rose.

I find mine are also bulking up. Some light shade seems to be the best for mine. though my brother's are in full sun and do well too. We are both on alkaline soil.

ANGET, I've only had them a couple of years. They are behind our low-level south facing wall, the soil there doesn't dry out too badly.
