Hi Jacque . Lonicera nitida, Chinese Honeysuckle. It doesn't show any flowers but is a really super evergreen with small leaves and quick growth. I didn't make it myself , it is pruned by an Artistic friend, who can see the finished article long before it is evident to the ordinary eye.
