I seem to have several seedlings of this appear in different places in the garden this year and they all have the dark leaves

Drc - I have put a barrier in my soil to contain the mother plant. Must remember to dig out all these seedlings at then end of this season though

While I like this plant, I find it invasive and cannot get rid of it the more I pull it up the more it comes back.
