Meanie:

It definitely will spread into a large clump. They grow best in winter, when we receive rain...which we need so badly. All we're getting now, is heat advisories, AGAIN!

Interesting reading, the new growth has now covered the spindly old growth, thank goodness, but still no sign of any flowers, I think the problem may be not enough sun, but would hate to move it now, as it is well established...

It still should bloom in semi-shade. They bloom here in semi-shade...it could possible need more heat? That's one thing we're definitely not lacking here.
