This female Tiger Swallowtail allowed me to get really close. She's nectaring on Garden Phlox

Fantastic butterfly photo's. It's great to see them back now that Spring is here. I think I spotted a fritillary and a brimstone in our garden today, but they were gone before I could get my camera out. I think it is still too chilly for them to stop and rest.
