I see your tree when I past by your house when going to the store. It looks like it may have lost most of it leaves this year...they do that every 2 or 3 years.
This year my Singapore Plumeria bloomed a lot during winter. It hasn't bloomed this much during winter since 2005/2006...which was a very warm and dry winter.

You know, I didn't know that we had a frangipani named after us! To be honest, I didn't take much interest in gardening when I was back in SG, too busy shopping and going out LOL.

Yes, the Singapore variety plumeria is named after Singapore. It's native to the Caribbean, though.
