Plumeria rubra 'unknown pink variety'

Plumeria rubra 'unknown pink variety' (Plumeria rubra 'unknown pink variety')

This large unknown pink variety of plumeria is so beautiful! I'd love to get a cutting of the tree one day. Photo taken July 21, 2011.

It's funny you mention this...the elderly women who lives here says the flower are too high. She says she can't enjoy the flowers and the fragrance, anymore. This tree is probably almost 20ft/6.1m tall with similar width and is 15 years old (according to the owner).

Ahhh, that's a pity she can't smell the perfume.
Is that a 'blue' flower I can see amongst it, or is it just the picture?

Lindalooloo:

I'm sure the lady can smell the fragrance of flowers...just not as well.

Yes, the blue-flower viny/shrub is Cape Plumbago (Plumbago auriculata). It grows wild everywhere here...especially along the freeways and parks
