Planted out the whole pot of seedlings un-divided....big mistake.

Oooops they grow huge!, love this plant and wouldn't be without it but I do have a lot of space ;-)

Yes Siris do ?

Yes, the leaves are scented. I have cut all the lower leaves off and the taller ones in half horizontally. Let some light in. Will take a load of pics, some seed, then out come the plants, 1 and only 1 in a more appropriate place next year.

If they get to seed around you'll probably end up with lots more ;-) I can never keep them over winter but I keep seed and then in addition, I get the odd surprise when one appears unexpectedly.

I do hope to cut the seed heads off before they seed around, except one 'controlled' seed pod. It really is too big a plant for my garden. Will grow on, but not in the spot where this one is.
