The Front garden border today

The Front garden border today (Skimmia japonica (Skimmia))

I don’t think it will always be like this, but I have no plans to change it atm. I added two more Skimmia Perosa this week, for winter colour and spring scent. I hope they will do well. The one I planted in the summer from a po5 is doing well and formed its flower buds, so it seems to like the clay. The roses are ‘Roald Dahl’ and ‘The Lark ascending’. The Hydrangeas are Limelight and Confetti which is my favourite paniculata. It flowers from May until the frosts. Geranium Rozanne in among the hydrangeas.

There’s also a ‘Damask Rose’ Leptospermum which is evergreen. And loads of Liriope Muscari along with a few hellebores. Salvia greggii which suffers in the wind.
