Yes, Ehsanraya, all Coleus varieties can be grown in the garden but, in the UK, only as summer foliage bedding/infillers, as first frost kills them off. Great for shade/part shade, under shrubs or taller plants. They make great house/greenhouse/conservatory plants all-year-round.
Found your "last" question, Janette, lol! Got this, with others, as you know now, in a plant sale. These can't be grown true from seed, propagation by cuttings only. ;-))
