Tiarella 'Spring Symphony'

Is it a heucherella Tommymoo?,very pretty, I bought one at Malvern this weekend thinking it was a heuchera only to find when I got home it was a heucherella, called 'Berry Fizz', still it likes similar conditions so it'll still go were I wanted to put it :-))

When I bought it at a market, it was merely called "heuchera". I didn't know, until you mentioned it, that there was such a thing as heucherella! I bought 4 heucheras from an old man at the market and one of them turned out to be 'Spot Light' and according to my google research (lol), it is heucherella, not heuchera. So, maybe you are right, this is also heucherella. You taught me something! Thank you :)

Think Heucherellas are a cross between Heuchera and Tiarella and have bigger leaves than Heucheras...:>)

Forgot about Tiarella Motinot :-) the flower looks more like that of a Tiarella doesn't it ? and the leaf shape doesn't look quite right for a heuchera ?, confusing myself now,lol :-)

This one is the smallest of all my Heucheras/Heucherellas, therefore, the leaves are very tiny. But according to Moti, Heucherellas have bigger leaves than Heucheras.
On the other hand, the leaf shape is different from a heuchera, as Simbad has pointed that out. Now I'm confused too, lol :o)

Hi Tommy, it looks a little like Tiarella 'Spring Symphony' with the flowers that open into stars, and the splashes of red in the centre veining...

I have 'Spotlight' too superb plant...They are all lovely...and as addictive as Chocolate lol

Me too love chocolate and anything with choc. Among them is "tresse pépites" (tresse aux pépites de chocolat)!
