This is what greeted me when I got home last night - my Tibouchina flower bud had blasted!

That's really interesting. I've never seen a Glory Bush flower fall off like this before. Wow!

It was. I'm not sure that the bud was too happy with the night-time drop in temps, so it's in the conservatory overnight now. Hopefully, it'll be in flower in the next day or so!

I think that it just "stalled" in development, maybe as a result of a couple of pretty cold nights.
