It was completely unplanned and a colour that seems to draw me to all shades in the spectrum !

I have the same trouble with blue flowers, entirely unconsciously - fortunately, there aren't so many blue ones as there are pink, or that's all there'd be in my gardens!

I had one over with my ferns, but it didn't appear this year. I suspect SNAILS!! I'm keeping a careful eye on the Tricyrtis just inside the gate - it's not a formosana, though.

it seems to be the new growth they go for, once they are growing and flowering they're safe

Saw these plants on ebay they looked unusual so as not sure about buying, might venture next year, love this one.
