Looking for Euphorbia Diamond Frost

Today I saw a hanging basket filled with this plant and it looked wonderful.I dont seem to be able to get seeds and yet I read that it seeds itself prolifically.Has anyone tried this plant? and is it difficult to control as regards it spreading?
