How to I get rid of white circles of what I think is an algae or lichen on my patio.

I have cleaned some off but it is a really hard job involving using wire wool and rather too much 'elbow grease'! Has anyone any idea of the best way to clean this? Any recommendations of something I can buy or is 'elbow grease' the best!!
Thanks.

Hi Glowillow Jeyes fluid or Jeyes patio cleaner would help but there is a stone cleaner on the market. Go to the link http://www.easylifegroup.com/
And on the homepage type in the name 'Nano Stone Cleaner' in the keyword search box at the topleft of the page and click go. It should be the very first product called easylife stone cleaner.

« we would like them as a hedge but cant plant them as the area is concrete
I'd try Jeyes Fluid, about 150ml to 5 litres of water.
