Is it too late to set runner beans

I am sure there will be no problem. We always seem to put ours in later than most people ( a few weeks ago now ) and they do very very well.

My dwarf french beans got slugged and reduced to a stalk. I left them in and now (some weeks later) they are flowering. So sow some more but don't abandon the originals if there is some stalk left.

I've quite a few stalks so hopefully they might flower. I've also set some more today, so I should be ok now . thank-you for the help.
