Possibly CONVOLVULUS CNEORUM A tough little shrub that needs sunshine and good drainage, and dont overfeed. Cut back after flowering.

If you do mean Convulvulus cneorum, where is it growing - is it in a pot? Have you fed it at all and if so, what with? Have you pruned it at all, and if so, when? Is it in a sunny spot?

Is there another name for this plant? Silverbush doesn't mean anything to me, so I can't help unless you give me either a photo or another name
