The USDA fact sheet on this plant says 'No' under 'Palatable human' and only mildly palatable for animals, so I don't think your 'Oregon grapes' are going to be much good. Even the Wikipedia entry on it said the fruit was extremely sour.
You could try cooking them with lots of sugar but there are so many other better things to eat, I wouldn't bother!
