Raspberry leaves

The leaves on one of my raspberry plants have gone papery. Does anyone know why and will it affect the plant?

Fractal, I think you may be right, some of the leaves are staring to get holes and some of the other canes seem to have it to. Do you know how to treat it? I try and garden organically.
