They look rather like cherry tree leaves, is there a cherry tree nearby?

They are Salix caprea seedlings. I guarantee! Seen them many times in pots. The tiny wind blown seed get everywhere and if they happen to land on a nice pot of moist compost, well!......

Well I do have cherry Treeas near by and also have Salix too., dont know if to laugh or cry as where have my Echinaea gone. may be starting buisness in Salix Or Cherry tree plants. thanks to Fractal., Bob and weeding!

I think Fractal is probably spot on with this as it would be unlikely cherries dropped and germinated in your pots.

Thanks Bob, think I will leave Echinacea seeds alone!

It seems that echinacea take a while to germinate. Did you give them a spell in the fridge before sowing.....they need a cold period before they'll germinate.

All I can say is I think it's a weed, because I think I have a few of them too. Sorry not to have a name.
