Why our my cucumbers dying off when only an inch long

I have had lots of cucumbers from my mini plants, but all of a sudden they are dying off before they get goiing, both plants are th same , they are getting to about 2 inchs long then going yellow.

Perhaps not enough water. Not enough water means the fruits cant swell and thereofre fall off.
