Any idea where I may find a Mickey Mouse Plant?

I found the picture and description at Pine Island Nursery, in Miami, but they haven't returned my email.
That is 3k miles away, and may be prohibitively expensive shipping depending on size..I'd like to find them closer to Washington State if possible.

Thought this might be related to Clerodendron when I first saw your picture but no, it's not in the same plant family. Can't help you but interesting looking shrub.
