My 2 year old pear tree has blossomed again? Why?

This seems to be happening with pears more and more. Not exactly sure of the cause but I have seen it happening too. Iam guessing it's something physiological thats causing this flowering. Climate change?

I'd guess climate disruption, anyway; we had a heatwave, followed by very cool, wet conditions, and now more warmth - the tree probably thinks the cool spell was our winter! But perhaps its just taking the chance to have another bash at producing fruit, reproducing being the primal aim of all living organisms, after all.
