Lays eggs late summer feeds for a few weeks before over wintering - sorry.
2 ways - you can use a sticky insect barrier glue on your plants to catch them or You can spray but if you disturb then first they will jump clear. Seedlings suffer most so perhaps let them grow bigger before putting them out.
