I think it looks like a nettle ?? maybe not.

Yes I'd go with that, in fact I have a large flower head on one of mine but don't give it much hope if it gets any colder.

Do I need to do anything with it?

I just leave mine to get on with it!! However, what I do after flowering is cut it right back as they look rather yukky - they don't take long to put on new foliage - and if you are lucky (enough sun) you will get a 2nd flush of flowers. Not as many as first time.
