I'm thinking pf buying some horticultural fleece
and I see it comes in different weights as in 30 gsm, 17 gsm.
Does anyone have any advice as to what I should buy, please?

The heavier the weight the more the frost protection.....

Well I am not up on the weights but I would say go for the heavier one.
Plus buy the woven type not the spun type, it tears too easily.
The woven types usually last a few seasons, you will be lucky if you get more than one season with the spun one!
Also buy one that is at least half as wide again as your bed in order to allow for plant growth!
