When is the best time to plant winter pansys in containers ?

Answers
Any time from now until late October, though best done by October, really. As Drc says, make sure you choose the largest rootballed ones you can find - small plug type plants won't do so well at this time of year.

You can start planting them now, its better to choose the larger plug ones. I have planted mine this week-end
