Rose cuttings
I have been lucky enough to root a couple of rose cuttings from a climber, will they come true to the rose they came from?

If they are a modern climber, they may be somewhat less vigorous than their parent. Most roses bred from the 1940's until the early 2000's were selected for their vigor on a rootstock, not their own roots. Antique roses, and many "shrub/climbers"--including ramblers and their kin--don't have that problem.
Otherwise, they shoud be similar in foliage, spination, and flower.

Previous question
Yes, my roses come from Tesco Finest roses that I rooted in water. Wait till early spring to do it as I find they root better then.
