Still not really much help. It is the flower shape and style of the stamens etc which help id Alliums. Best I can come up with at this stage is a stunted A. carinatum pulchellum.

I disd not see your first pic so really difficult to tell but its a bit like a Nectaroscordum meliophyllum (type of allium) but I only think that because of its colour and flower petal shape
