Could anyone tell me what this is....?

Spotted a strange pink fruit on a climbing plant, about 2 metres high, in my parents' garden (in London, UK)...never noticed it before, there are two of them, about 15-20cm long...very odd, would love to know what it is!

It has small dark chocolate xcented flowers.
Grows easily from seed
