Rhodadendron flowering

my rhodadendron has a few buds that are starting to flower, I don't know which one it is as I got them from work but the rest at my work all flowered earlier and have no flowers now.
I got these and planted them after they had flowered and now there flowering again, should I leave them? or is there anything I should do?

Hallo to you all from Germany..this question is about Rhododendrons.
i was told you can get very small rhodendrons suitable for rockeries
this is quite common as the plant flowering is partly controlled by light levels. it is similar to conditions in spring and some buds open now.
enjoy them and remove them when they fade and you will get the other buds opening in spring.
