Breathtaking, and those dark purple ones are a complete wow! That lemony one near the end is beautiful too - well they all are.

How I wish I lived nearer, I'd be the first to apply to be your gardener Brian (I'd do it for free too) :)
Amazing amount of colour. Can I ask what tree the green trunk is from please? The picture below R. Rose

Agree with everyone's comments Brian, they are an absolute picture. I love the purple one especially.

Its all been said Brian, absolutely gorgeous..
Do you get blackfly on your Viburnum Opulus, I have two here and one in the front driveway, every year I threaten to get rid as the blooms are always spoilt by blackfly, never affects anything else but so disappointing.....

Lincs try planting a root of Lemon Balm near the Viburnam.
This pest doesnt like the smell of it.
Worth a try.

I can only echo the comments of everyone above and agree that the deep purple rhododendron is a stunner. I love the white blooms (clematis?) after the Camassia alba. They seem almost incandescent - fabulous.

Thank you, Brian. Have just seen and commented. I can see now that it isn't a clematis!!

Wow, so many beautiful Rhoddy's! You have an amazing collection of them!

I only have one bush and when it's in bloom it's always COVERED in pretty white flowers and looks amazing....for about 4 days. Then it all just drops and I'm left with brown, wilted things and the petals are an inch thick on the ground below it. Do they all do this, or is it just mine?

Hmm, that's what I was afraid of. I wonder why mine does that. I see a visit to Google in my future :D
