Doesn't look too well, does it, now you've got it in the ground. I suspect its a problem with watering - when you transferred it from the pot, did you rake out the root ball, so that it wasn't still pot shaped, before you put it in the ground? If you didn't the roots have a tendency to continue to curl around and not go seeking water, so unless you've popped out every couple of days with a gallon or so, its probably too dry. You don't say how long ago you put it in the ground - if it wasn't long, and you didn't tease out the rootball, I'd dig it up again and do it properly this time, and then make sure you soak the thing thoroughly.
