How does this cordyline look.

It is around 7 years old and around 6 and a half feet tall, it has part sun. Does it look like it should for its age and should this be flowering soon, say next year and are there signs that tell you it is about to flower before the stem grows and does it look healthy.

Its healthy - it may flower, or it may not, they don't always. As for the looks of it from an aesthetic point of view, that's an individual thing, so if you like the way it looks, that's fine.

You can't on this site - you can insert the extra pictures for a question into your photos and direct people to them in your question, though.
