How can I stop foxes from damaging my garden?
By Andyjet

Just recently I have been getting a lot of foxes in my garden ruining my plants and grass, and doing their business everywhere. Is there any way that I can stop this without harming the animals?
Thanks.

Sounds mad but years ago zoos used to sell Tiger Poo. Don't know how successful it was and whether you can bare the smell or not

Nothing works we have the badger and the fox visiting most evenings, they are a blooming pest, sometimes the council have a cull, well we assume its the council...........only the fox I hasten to add.

It is usually around 3 in the morning, they both use the same way to get in the garden, the badger poos in the garden, and it has not kept the fox out.once they start using a particular path they will not stop.

We are really suffering from badger visits at the moment! Every night - they are wrecking the lawns!

if they could write Spritzhenry they would leave you a card thanking you for looking after your soil so well that it is full of big fat juicy worms.

Spritz have the same problem, so far he/she is keeping to the borders where we put the compost......silly us!!

while we are thinking like this , why not find the set and dig a good large arear and mulch it well to encorage the worms, and if you let some bush rabbits loose while you are there no one will be botherd with brock or foxie his mate.

And what about the rabbits eating all your plants before the Fox and the Badger get them?We know where the set is, it has been there for well over ten years, it is between two gardens right by the fence.........we live with it now, as I say as long as they leave the lawn alone....... !!!!!!

rabbits I love them as longe as there is an R in the month, you must have seen their runs and were they come through the fence, either bie or make snairs put them on the runs, to cook try roasting them untill they are almost dun then cover with parmasan chees and put them in the oven a little longer. if you have no luck with the snairs then use a house brick, lay the brick lenthways along the run were they come through the fence put a bunch of parsley on the end of the brick furthest away from the direction they come from and a small pile of pepper on the end nearest them the rabbit will sniff the parsley get the pepper up it;s nose sneese and bash it's brains out on the brick LOL

You are mad, never laughed so much in my life,I thought at one time you were going to say wait for them to appear and hit them on the head with the house brick, you have made my day lol
