My Camelias, Azaleas and Hydrangea are given sequestrine every 3 months as we don't have acid soil. Should this continue through the winter?

And there should be plenty of rain, which is acid anyway Mad. Treat them again in the spring, at the start of the growing season.

i only do mine twice a year, in march/april and then again about now.

We followed the instructions on the packet Seaburngirl, but it didn't tell us the other bit about Winter. I wonder whether your soil is less alkaline than our's.

i have 2 ft of soil then its straight on to chalk bedrock. digging footings was 'intersting' and very hard work.

I suppose the different manufacturers have different ideas. Also maybe the doses are different too.
Our's seems to be working though, hope your's is too.

The manufacturers will also encourage you to use the maximum dosage... maybe get a soil ph kit and check Mad?

Not during winter no they will not readily absorb
