Identification required.
Are these two houseplants Dracaenas ?
If not, does anyone know what they are please ....

Pic one is actually a Cordyline and not Dracaena. It is called a Ti plant. I have one - they pup easily when the roots are disturbed.

Hmmmn! Tricky one. The top pic I have no idea of the name, the bottom one DOES look like a cordyline but dragon trees also look like that too..... sorry!

The bottom one is Draceana the top is Ti.

Yes and yes...bottom one looks like D. marginata but not sure what species the top one is
