Need to improve bay tree
Thanks to a couple of you guys my bay tree is now doing well. My wife set it as a cutting donkey's years ago (15-20), it's about 6ft tall, has a perfectly straight trunk and last year it had 'berries' on for the first time.
But while I keep it tidy I haven't really got a clue how to prune it. Can you help ? I think I've added 2 photos.

You seem to have been doing all the right things. You can just clip the ends off - April is the best time. And then you can give bay leaves to all your friends...
