I bought some Cyclamen coum pots that were a bargain in the GC today - care instructions I've found say mulch in spring and a sprinkling of bonemeal in autumn.
As these plants are just about finished - they are still covered in flowers but just look sad. Should I give them some bonemeal when I plant or leave that out for now?

Never fed ours in 18 years and they are now lawn weeds.

Never fed any of the various Cyclamen I have ever grown.
My preferred method is, - let 'em get on with it.
Tough little fellas is cyclamen. Don't plant 'em deep though.
Let the ants spread the seeds.

Thanks. I'm glad I asked now. I remember reading on here that they should not be planted deep and I wondered why mulch if that was the case
The plant label people really need to employ GOYers!

Scottish, I think that the instructions are a bit ott. Yes, give them a bit of bonemeal when you plant them out but ours don't get anything in the garden. I wouldn't mulch them at all but leave the corms at surface level.
