I reckon on sowing mine during the second half of March at the earliest. Even a sowing in the first week of April had caught up by the end of May

unless you have a heated greenhouse it isnt worth it really.

That's how mine start John. They only go into a cold greenhouse when they have been potted up and starting to grow a bit

I've grown the same one for over 25 years - Gemini. It's an upright variety for outdoors or a cold greenhouse with medium-sized, sweet fruit. Only Dobies stock it but it wasn't in their catalogue this year :-(
