Earlier today a question was put forward about removing (or not) lower leaves from bamboo....I have three black stemmed in pots and would like to expose the canes...when is a good time to do this and how far from the bottom up, shoul i go please...thanks in advance...:>)

I can see no reason why you can't do it now, Motinot - but remember, you must leave some leaves in place for the plant to function properly. Decide where you'll leave them in place and cut the rest off (most people leave a tuft at the top)

Thanks Bamboo, just cut them, yes?....I'll do that when the weather eases a little....All the snow and ice has gone..but, oh the wind would nearly knock you off your feet....:>)
