Not necessarily this year with the cold spring... give it time most shrubs are slow coming into leaf this year.

Thank you for that I will try and be patient, I am so excited to see my new shrubs come out, we have had a new fence put up in February and im hoping this will improve the garden too. I have had some frost damage too, so will have to replace a couple of shrubs, I will make sure they are tough ones.
