I hAVE 3 SIDE SHOOTS ON THE UPPER STEM OF MY YUCCA GLORIOSA CAN I remove one to use as cutting and how do I go about It
Am jealous, as really want Yucca Gloriosa variegata.
Really easy to root, wait till the pup is large enough then cut as close to the ground as possible. Leave it to dry out for a day then place in damp but free draining soil. I have rooted in water - took about 2 weeks to show some roots, but they are slow to root well for me - I suspect bottom heat would hurry things along.
