There is a marmorata minor, which is variegated - so possibly there is one that's simply called marmorata?

Marmorata has speckled white leaves

Thank you all for your help, however I am going to the garden centre today with pen and paper to write down the correct name of this Ivy and then I will get back to you all.
Kindest regards Chung

Hedera maroccana? Checked my Hilliers manual and that seems the only one which might fit. Often grown in Spain, it says.

Ivy is Hedera helix, so try searching the web for this with lots of spellings of mararala.
