Unknown fungi ????? please help

Hi all my dog recently became ill.After a visit to the vets ,the vet said she had got some type of stomach/bowel germ/virus.Today i have looked all round my garden to see what could have made her poorly.When we take her for walks we are very careful not to let her of her leads etc.When looking round my garden i noticed these fungi ??? by my potting shed hid under the grass.Please could any one help me in identifying this.Thankyou all mark

there are a group of soil surface fungi that I think are often called 'dog lichen'. I cant locate my fungal book at the moment. However you could take a sample to the vet and see if they recognise it.

Hi all thankyou for your help.Bonnie is seeming loads better now which is good.
I showed a friend of mine this fungi as he his good at these things and apparently its not that what made her ill as it is not harmful and we could eat it if we wanted.So i guess its back to the drawing board of sussing out what made her poorly.
Also this fungi is apparently common in gardens.
