I have HOLLY Hocks that I've grown from seed and it looks like rust growing on them is there something I can do to help get reid of this?? PLEASE HELP

Have sprayed mine with a product for roses that treats mildew blackspot & rust, It seems to have worked, no sign of rust on them now.

It is called rust and gave up growing them years ago because of it. Someone may be able to give you some advise on how to combat it.
