My lawn has developed patches of leaves which are slimy in wet weather and dry and crispy now there is less rain. It appears to be some kind of fungus. What is it and how do I get rid of it ?

Answers

It sounds like 'Dog lichen' Rake it up and then improve the drainage of the lawn.
